2. Services Provided
We provide RO water purifier repair, maintenance, installation, filter replacement, AMC services, and related solutions. All services are provided by trained technicians using compatible spare parts whenever available.
3. Service Appointments
- Service appointments are subject to technician availability and location.
- We aim for same-day service but cannot guarantee it in all cases.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service charges are based on inspection and the required repairs.
- A free estimate is provided before any work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
- We provide a 30-day service warranty on repairs performed, excluding consumable parts.
- Spare parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and your RO system.
- Ensure safe access to the RO unit for the technician.
- Clear the work area before the technician arrives.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aqua Fix Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aqua Fix Pro and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
